Storage recommendations: To maintain product quality, store product in a cool, dry area. Keep in a tightly sealed container.
1. Deteriorated TPU materials cannot be used to process products.
2. Before molding, it is necessary to fully dry, especially during extrusion molding, blow molding, and film blowing molding, with stricter requirements for moisture content, especially in humid seasons and high humidity areas.
3. During production, the structure, compression ratio, groove depth, and aspect ratio L/D of the screw should be considered based on the characteristics of the material. Injection molding screws are used for injection molding, and extrusion screws are used for extrusion.
4. Based on the fluidity of the material, consider the mold structure, size of the glue inlet, nozzle size, flow channel structure, and position of the exhaust port.
